Promto ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Promto platform at promto.io, a place where creators share AI prompts and generated images, and users discover, use, and generate content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform.

• Account data: When you sign up (e.g. via email or third-party auth), we store account identifiers and profile information such as display name, username, avatar, bio, and any social links you add.
• Content you create: Prompts, images you upload or generate, and any other content you publish on the platform.
• Activity data: Likes, dislikes, follows, and interactions with posts and creators to power the feed and recommendations.
• Payment and credits: Purchase history and credit balance are stored so we can provide the service. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store your full payment card details.
• Technical data: Logs, device/browser information, and similar data used for security, analytics, and improving the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Promto platform
• Personalize your feed (e.g. from follows and likes)
• Process purchases and manage your credit balance
• Attribute affiliate commissions to creators when you purchase after using their prompts
• Send you service-related communications (e.g. account or payment updates)
• Enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and protect security
• Comply with applicable law and respond to valid legal requests

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to run the platform. Their privacy practices apply to the data they process on our behalf.

• Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage. Your account and content data are stored and processed by Supabase.
• Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing and affiliate payouts. When you buy credits, Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction and may collect billing information per their privacy policy.
• AI image generation: When you generate images, your prompt and related data are sent to our AI provider to produce the image. We use this only to deliver the feature.
• Advertising (Google AdSense): We may show third-party ads on the platform (e.g. via Google AdSense). These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your activity and to measure ad performance. 5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, affiliate attribution (e.g. to remember which creator's prompt led you to a purchase so we can attribute commissions correctly), and for advertising (e.g. to show relevant ads and measure ad performance). 6. Data Retention and Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data; no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, or to object to certain processing.
